Patient information categories

There are several different patient information categories that you can update in the Family File. These are the same patient information categories that you can add to a questionnaire form in Setting up questionnaires.

Each of these categories contains different patient information fields. Some of these categories do not require additional information before they can be used to update the Family File. But, the more complex patient information categories require you to select additional options before you can update the Family File.
