Editing responses

As long as a response has not been signed, you can edit a patient response or a provider/staff response that has been entered into a questionnaire form, or you can add more responses to a questionnaire form that has not been filled out completely. If any signatures are attached to a questionnaire form, you cannot edit that form without first deleting the questionnaire signatures that are attached to the form.
