Printing the Graphic Chart

Dentrix lets you print the Graphic Chart window. Printing the Graphic Chart window allows you to provide your patients, other providers, or insurance providers with a graphical report of a patient's periodontal examination.

To print the Graphic Chart

1.   In the Perio Chart, click File, and then click Print Perio Exam.

The Print Options dialog box appears.

2.   Type the appropriate provider information.

3.   Select the appropriate options under Patient Privacy, and then click OK.

The Print Preview dialog box appears.

4.   To print the chart, click the Printer toolbar button.

The Perio Graphic Chart prints.
