Using the Dentrix Perio Chart, you can record mobility, furcation grades, plaque, calculus, bone loss, pocket depths, bleeding and suppuration points, gingival margins, CAL levels, and MGJ measurements. You can also change the date of a perio exam that you saved previously.
To change an exam date
1. Select a patient and open an existing perio exam.
2. In the Perio Chart, click File, and then click Change Exam Date.
The Change Exam Date dialog box appears.
3. Select the date that you want to change to, and then click OK.
Note: Click the arrows to move between months.
