Once you have created a patient alert, Dentrix displays it automatically when you access the modules you selected in the Create Patient Alert dialog box. Depending on the options you selected when you set up the alert, the alert popup appears.
To view a patient alert
1. From any patient-specific Dentrix module, select a patient.
The Patient or Family Alert popup appears.
2. If you do not want the alert to be displayed again today, select Do Not Show This Alert Again Today.
3. To close the patient alert, click OK.
