Viewing Update Manager log files

You can view and open Update Manager log files.

To view an Update Manager log file

1.   In the Office Manager, click Maintenance, point to Practice Setup, and then click Preferences.

The Preferences dialog box appears.

2.   Click Automatic Updates Settings.

The Update Manager checks for updates, and the Update Manager dialog box appears.

3.   Click the Logs Center tab.

The Logs Center panel appears.

4.   Click the log that you want to view.

The details of the log file appear. The size of the file in megabytes appears the upper-right.

5.   To open the file location or the original file, click the file, click the Down arrow, and then click Open File Location or Open Original File, respectively.
