Refreshing the Batch Processor

If you are working in a networked environment and someone at a different computer adds or deletes a report on the list, the Batch Processor does not reflect those changes on your screen automatically. Generally speaking, it is good practice to use the Refresh option with any of the Dentrix windows to ensure that the most current information is displayed.

To refresh the Batch Processor

In the Office Manager, click File, and then click Refresh.
