Updating fee schedules and payment tables

You can view the names of the Dentrix Fee Schedules and meaningful names of the fee schedules in the Fee Schedule Update. You can also preview any changes to fee schedules and payment tables.

To update fee schedules and payment tables

1.   To download the fee guide for your province, log in to the Dentrix Canada Resource Centre, and go to Canadian Fee Guides - File Download.

2.   Select the fee guide for your province and download the file.

3.   Right-click the file, and then click Extract All.

4.   Run the install program.

5.   In the Office Manager, click Maintenance, point to Reference, and then click Change Fees.

The Fee Guide Update dialog box appears.

6.   Click the Preview button.

The Preview Changes dialog box appears.

The Preview Changes dialog box lists the procedure codes, the Before column lists the fee schedules you set previously, and the After column lists the updates to those fees.
