Setting up statement form preferences

All billing statements that are available to you through Dentrix are listed on the Statement Forms tab of the Preferences dialog box.

To change the description of an available form, select the form, edit the name in the Descriptive Name field, and then click Change. A check mark next to a form indicates that the form is enabled and will appear in the Practice Defaults dialog box.

Tip: To move a selected form to the top of the list, click To Top.
