Setting up security questions
You must also select three security questions and type an answer for each. These security questions provide further means to identify users when they change their passwords.
To set up security questions
1. In the Office Manager, click Maintenance, point to Practice Setup > Passwords, and then click User Passwords Setup.
The Password – Password Administration dialog box appears.
2. Type your user ID and password in the appropriate text boxes, and then click OK.
The Setup Security Questions dialog box appears.
3. Select a question from the list for each question and type an answer for each.
Note: Click Later to set up your security questions at another time.
4. Click Save.
