Viewing and printing route slips

When setting up options to generate the Daily Huddle Report in the Daily Huddle Report dialog box, you have the option to send route slips to the Batch Processor in the Office Manager for Today’s Appointments and/or Tomorrow’s Appointments. The route slips will be sent to the Batch Processor when you click Preview.

To view the route slips

1.   From the Office Manager, select the “Patient Route Slip” item in the Batch Processor list (there may be other route slips in the Batch Processor, so make sure you check the date and select the route slips generated when the Daily Huddle Report was previewed.

2.   Click File, and then click Print Preview.

The Dentrix Print Preview window appears.

3.   To look at certain route slips, click the Previous Page and Next Page buttons to navigate through the route slips.

Each page is a separate patient route slip.

4.   To print all or a range of route slips, click File, and then click Print Report.
