Recommendation footnotes

On the report, symbols appear next to statistics that are not within a benchmark (the Variance amount is negative or the Variance percent is below the benchmark). The recommendations that correspond to the symbols on the report print on a separate page or pages if you selected Include Recommendation Footnotes in the Practice Advisor Report dialog box. See Running the Practice Advisor Report.

The following recommendations are given on the Recommendation Footnotes pages:

·        For the Recommendation icon 1, the Recommendation Footnotes pages tell you what can be done in the following situations:

·        If total office or doctor production is down

·        If hygiene production is down

·        If there are a high number of no-shows and cancellations

·        For the Recommendation icon 2, the Recommendation Footnotes pages tell you what can be done in the following situations:

·        If total office or doctor production is down

·        If there are a high number of no-shows and cancellations

·        For the Recommendation icon 3, the Recommendation Footnotes pages tell you what can be done in the following situations:

·        If hygiene production is down

·        If there are a high number of no-shows and cancellations

·        For the Recommendation icon 4 , the Recommendation Footnotes pages tell you what can be done in the following situations:

·        If case acceptance or the amount of treatment diagnosed for new patients is low

·        If the amount of treatment accepted is low

·        For the Recommendation icon 5  , the Recommendation Footnotes pages tell you what can be done in the following situations:

·        If you A/R ratio over 90 days is too high or your collections are down

·        If over-the-counter collections is low

·        For the Recommendation icon 6 , the Recommendation Footnotes pages tell you what can be done in the following situation:

·        If over-the-counter collections is low

·        For the Recommendation icon 7 , the Recommendation Footnotes pages tell you what can be done in the following situations:

·        If case acceptance or the amount of treatment diagnosed for new patients is low

·        If the amount of treatment accepted is low

·        For the Recommendation icon 8 , the Recommendation Footnotes pages tell you what can be done in the following situation:

·        If the number of patient (internal) referrals is too low

·        For the Recommendation icon 9 , the Recommendation Footnotes pages tell you what can be done in the following situation:

·        If the number of new patients referred by a doctor/other or marketing sources are low

·        For the Recommendation icon 10 , the Recommendation Footnotes pages tell you what can be done in the following situation:

·        If continuing care compliance is low
