Setting the DXPort export path

In order to export totals, you must first set a path to the appropriate folder.

To specify a path in which to save the exported totals

1.   From the Maintenance menu in the Office Manager, point to Practice Setup, and then click Preferences.

The Preferences dialog box appears.

2.   Click the Paths tab.

3.   Type the appropriate path in the DXPort Path field or click Browse to select the correct directory (such as C:\QuickBooks Pro).

Note: Exported totals are saved in this folder.

4.   To save your changes, click OK.
