The Unscheduled Appointment List shows all patients who have broken appointments or asked for Wait/Will Call appointments with a selected provider during a selected time period, so you can reschedule those patients.
To generate the report
1. In the Office Manager, click Reports, point to Lists, and then click Unscheduled Appointment List.
The Unscheduled Appointment List dialog box appears.
2. Type the Report Date that you want to print on the report. The default is the current date.
3. Do the following:
· Select Provider – Select the range of providers that you want to include. Click the From and the To search buttons to select the starting and ending provider, respectively, or leave <ALL> selected in both fields to include all providers.
· Select Appointment Provider – Select the range of appointment providers that you want to include. Click the From and the To search buttons to select the starting and ending provider, respectively, or leave <ALL> selected in both fields to include all appointment providers.
· Select Unscheduled Appt Date – Type the range of unscheduled appointment dates that you want to include in the From and To fields. To print a list of unscheduled appointments for a single day, type the same date in the From and To fields.
4. To send the report to the Batch Processor, click OK.
