Viewing post-dated cheques
You can view post-dated cheques only until they are posted to the Ledger. Once the cheques are posted, you can view the transactions in the Ledger as a guarantor payment.
To view post-dated cheques
1. With a patient selected in the Ledger, click Transaction, and then click Post-Dated Cheques.
The Post-Dated Cheques dialog box appears.
An arrow in the Due column next to a cheque indicates that the cheque is due (ready to be posted) because it has a date that is the same as or prior to the current system date.
2. To view the post-dated cheques for all accounts, select All Accounts in the Cheques For list.
