Viewing processing status

You can include "Rejected" insurance claims for claims that still need to be processed in the Insurance Claims to Process Report.

The claim statuses in the Ledger and Batch Processor have been modified to clarify the processing state. The initial status of any claim that Dentrix sends from the Ledger or Batch Processor is “Sent.” For more information, see Insurance claim tracking.

To view the processing status of an insurance claim

·        From the Ledger transaction log, double click a claim.

The Primary Dental Insurance Claim dialog box appears.

Note: The status of the claim appears in the Status box and title bar.
