Viewing claim adjustments

You can view and modify claim adjustments from the Adjustments block in the Primary Dental Insurance Claim window.

Note: You cannot modify or delete insurance claim adjustments that have been moved to history.

To view a claim adjustment from the Primary Dental Insurance Claim window

1.   Double-click a write-off or other claim adjustment in the transaction log.

The Primary Dental Insurance Claim window appears.

 2.   Double-click an adjustment.

The Change or Delete Adjustment dialog box appears.

3.   To change or delete the adjustment, do one or more of the following:

·        Date - Type a new date.

·        Amount - Type a new amount.

·        Type - Select an adjustment type from the list.

·        Provider - Click the search button and select a provider.

·        Note - Type a new or edit the existing note.

·        Delete - Click to delete the adjustment.

4.   Click OK.
