Changing billing providers

Claims are assigned to providers according to the practice defaults set in the Office Manager.  

To change a provider for a claim

1.   From the Ledger transaction log, double-click an insurance claim or payment or a pre-authorization estimate.

The Insurance Claim or Pre-Authorization Estimate window appears.

2.   Double-click the provider block.

The Select Provider dialog box appears.

Tip: You can sort the list by clicking on the column headers.

3.   Select the provider you want to change to, and then click OK.
