Assigning background colours

The Ledger view shows you all work completed for the patient. The Treatment Plan view in the Ledger shows all work that has been recommended, but not yet completed. To help you distinguish between the two views, you can assign a background colour to the Treatment Plan view.

To assign a background colour to the Treatment Plan view

1.   From the File menu in the Ledger, click Ledger Colors Setup.

The Ledger Colors Setup dialog box appears.

2.   Click Treatment Plan Background Color.

The Colors dialog box appears.

3.   Click the colour that you want to assign as the background colour, and then click OK.

Note: Choose a colour that will contrast with the other colours you chose.

4.   Click OK to save your colour settings and return to the Ledger.
