Ledger overview

The Dentrix Ledger works like a paper ledger, but is faster and easier to use. The main Ledger screen provides a wealth of information in an easy-to-read format, making it possible for you to find necessary information without working through several screens and menus. You can enter payments, file claims, print statements, and much more—all from one location.

Dentrix’s completely integrated insurance system makes processing insurance claims easier. After a patient’s visit, the Ledger shows the patient portion of the bill, taking into account insurance coverage amounts, deductibles owed, and benefits used. You also have two different ways to set up financial agreements, so you can offer payment alternatives to your patients.
