You can use various shipping methods when sending lab cases to the labs. You can set up these shipping methods to track each case.
To delete a shipping method
1. From the Setup menu in the Lab Case Manager, click Shipping Method(s) Setup.
The Shipping Method(s) Setup dialog box appears.
2. Select the shipping method that you want to delete, and then click Delete.
A message appears and prompts you to confirm the deletion.
3. To delete the shipping method, click Yes.
