The Lab Case Prescription displays the information that labs require to produce a case. After creating a new case, print and send the case prescription to the lab.

After creating a new case. |
1. From the Lab Case Manager, select the case for which you want to generate a prescription.
2. From the Print menu, click Prescription(s).
The Print Prescription(s) dialog box appears.
3. Click Send to batch or Print to generate the prescription.
The prescription contains all of the information the lab requires to produce a case (patient and lab information, tooth numbers, shades, case notes, and the provider’s name and license number).
