Setting up payment agreements
In Dentrix, you can set up and customize payment agreements for your accounts quickly and easily.
Note: For more information regarding payment agreements, see Payment agreements overview.
To set up a payment agreement
1. From the Collections Manager list, double-click the name of the guarantor you want to create a payment agreement for.
If you have not created a payment agreement, a message appears asking you to create one.
2. Click Yes.
The Billing/Payment Agreement Information dialog box appears.
3. To learn more, click create the payment agreement.
