Adjustment Summary Report |
The Adjustment Summary Report displays details regarding adjustments that have been made in your practice during the past three months. Next to each dollar amount on the report, either an upward-pointing, diagonal, green arrow (indicating a positive number) or a downward-pointing, diagonal, red arrow (indicating a negative number) appears for easier identification. Multi-location Aged Receivables Report |
The Multi-location Aged Receivables Report displays the aged receivables by location. By default, the report includes any account with a non-zero balance (a positive or negative dollar amount). For each account on the report, the following information appears: the primary guarantor's name, the aged balances (expressed as positive numbers in each applicable aging bracket), the unapplied credits (expressed as a negative number), and the total account balance (the difference between the sum of the aged amounts and the amount of the unapplied credits). The report also displays the total number of evaluations, the total number of healthy evaluations, and the total percentage of healthy patients in all locations selected for the report. The Payment Plan Status Report allows you to review the status of all active payment plans or only those with a past due payment for the location that you are currently logged in to. The Payment Tags Report displays statistics regarding tags that are attached to posted payments. Predetermination - Tracking Report |
The Predetermination - Tracking Report displays the status (as Dentrix Ascend receives it from the clearinghouse) for each predetermination that has been sent to payers in the last 180 days. Use this report to follow up with or resubmit predeterminations to payers and to follow up with patients regarding their predeterminations. Also, because the report is grouped by insurance carrier, it may help you identify patterns with certain payers. For example, if a specific carrier consistently takes an extended period of time to accept predeterminations, you can follow up to find out why this is happening. Provider A/R Totals Report |
The Provider A/R Totals Report can indicate how effective your collection efforts are. Provider Aging Report |
The longer outstanding balances go unpaid, the less likely they are to be paid. That's why it's vital to understand how much money is outstanding and for how long (30, 60, 90, or over 120 days). Referral Analysis Report |
The Referral Analysis Report displays an analysis of professional, marketing, patient, and other referrals that led to new patients being seen at your office. For the current date, you can print route slips for all patients with appointments in all operatories or a specified operatory, and you can print a route slip for an individual patient.
