Viewing the Pinboard, ASAP, and Broken/No Show Lists

As needed, you can view appointments that have been put on the Pinboard, ASAP, and Broken/No Show Lists. Also, you can quickly search for an appointment on any of those lists.

To view the lists

1. On the Schedule menu, click (or tap) Calendar.

   The Calendar page opens.

2. Click (or tap) Pinboard.

   

3. The Pinboard tab is selected by default. To view one of the other lists, select the ASAP or Broken/No Show tab.

4. To search for an appointment on the list being viewed, in the Patient, Tx/Proc, Provider or Date Search box, start typing a patient's first and/or last name, a procedure's office code (abbreviated description), or a date. As you type, the list is filtered to include only the appointments that match the search criteria.
