Removing lab cases from appointments

You can remove a lab case from an appointment as needed if the lab case is no longer required for that appointment.

To remove a lab case from an appointment

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Click (or tap) the Schedule menu.

    • On the Schedule menu, select Calendar.

    The Calendar page opens.

  2. Click (or tap) an appointment with a lab case attached.

    The Appointment Information panel opens.

  3. Select the Lab Case tab.

  4. Set the Lab Case switch to No.

    The details of the lab case are removed.

  5. Click (or tap) Save.
