Note: After enrolling for EDI claim submissions with Denti-Cal and while you're waiting for approval from the payer (the review period can be up to one year), if you have to send a claim, you must fill out a paper claim. You cannot print a Denti-Cal claim form from Dentrix Ascend, but you can purchase paper forms directly from Denti-Cal at https://www.denti-cal.ca.gov/.
