Handling patient note notifications
Notifications for patient notes appear (as pop-ups in the lower-right corner) when you access certain areas of Dentrix Ascend, according to the corresponding note's notification settings. A patient's notifications are visible until you dismiss them, log out, or select another patient.
To handle patient note notifications
Do any of the following:

To dismiss an individual notification for a patient, click (or tap) the Close button to the right of the notification text.

To dismiss all notifications for a patient at once, click (or tap) the Close All button on the title bar of the notifications for that patient.

To minimize (temporarily hide) all notifications for a patient, click (or tap) the Minimize button on the title bar of the notifications for that patient. When you want to view the patient's notifications, click (or tap) the Restore button on the title bar of the notifications for that patient.
