The Henry Schein One Customer Portal provides ways to empower your team and manage your Henry Schein One account. Also, you can search all the Henry Schein One product help resources in one place. For the best experience, log in for access to all portal features and a customized experience.
Getting your first user account
To access the Henry Schein One Customer Portal, you must have a user account:

For a new Dentrix Ascend customer - During onboarding, a Customer Success representative creates an Administrator user account for your organization to access the portal.

For an existing Dentrix Ascend customer - At the time of contract renewal, if your organization does not have at least one Administrator user account for the portal, an automated email message is sent to the "Primary Account Email" address. That person can click the link provided in that email message to create an Administrator user account.
Note: There are some security verifications that must be completed successfully to create the Administrator user account. If the verification fails, Customer Success is informed automatically, and a representative will contact you.
The initial Administrator can create additional Administrator user accounts and Standard user accounts. Only an Administrator user can create and deactivate user accounts.
Logging in
To access the Henry Schein One Customer Portal, do the following:

In your Web browser, go to https://henryscheinone.my.site.com/HS1Portal/s/.

Click the Log in link in the upper-right corner.

The log-in page opens.

Enter your Username and Password, and then click Log In.
Using the portal
When you are logged in to the Henry Schein One Customer Portal, you can do any of the following:

Search the Resource Center for help.

Create cases.
-
View open cases.
-
Comment on open cases, and see responses from the assigned technicians.

View recently closed cases.

See available office training (through Skilljar).

Sign up for new training (through Skilljar).

See project plans that are in progress (through TaskRay).

See tasks that have been assigned to you (through TaskRay).

Pay your bill (through ePay).
-
If you are an Administrator, create other user accounts.
-
Manage your individual user account (contact information, icon, email address, and so forth).
