Converting a series from a .png to a .jpg file to attach it to a claim

A payer (such as, Denti-Cal) may accept only .jpg files for images that you attach to claims and require tooth numbers and dates to be included with the images. You can convert a series of images that includes the additional information for each image in the series from a .png file to a .jpg file. Then, once you upload the converted file to the correct patient's Document Manager, it is available for you to attach to a claim.
