Setting Up and Using Address Corrections with QuickBill
As an additional feature of QuickBill, you can have address forwarding and address corrections. With this feature, QuickBill will check the addresses on your statement against the NCOA (National Change of Address) service and send a pop-up notification to let you know that address corrections are available for your patients. You can then choose if and how to import those changes into Dentrix.

Key Information
If you don't use the Address Corrections feature, you won't see address corrections until the next time you send statements and the address corrections appear on the top of Report #2.
If you are using the address forwarding feature with QuickBill, the addresses will be fixed before they are mailed to patients. The address correction tool just allows you to decide whether you want to make the change in Dentrix.
When you reject an address change, it prevents the change from being made in Dentrix. But that address correction will appear again the next time you send statements to that patient.
If for some reason the bill cannot be delivered, any returned billing statements are sent directly to the office.
