Before you begin using QuickBill to send billing statements electronically, you must set it up in Dentrix and specify your preferences. QuickBill will use these settings when you send your statements.

Key Information
The first time you add a user to QuickBill the option to enter your current password is grayed out. This option is only available if you edit the preferences once you have already set up the user.
The newsletter option is no longer a feature offered by QuickBill. You should uncheck this option in the QuickBill setup.
The inserts option is a special setting used only for offices who have purchased extra elements like monthly coupons that are sent in addition to their billing statements. Check this option only if you are instructed to do so by eServices enrollment.
The option to show additional services allows ads to appear while you are transmitting your billing statements. Check this option only if you want to see the ads.
QuickBill statements are printed with black text on a white sheet of paper. The color options you select during QuickBill setup apply to the background behind the text.
If you would like to save your statements to the guarantor's Document Center, select the Save to Document Center option in the Preferences dialog box.
