Dentrix Imaging Center - Acquiring Images

Patients require x-rays for many reasons. In most cases, it is part of their routine check-up; but sometimes x-rays are ordered and taken outside of a planned appointment. This makes assigning x-rays to an appointment potentially inaccurate. Dentrix Smart Image, and the Dentrix Imaging Center, solve this issue by giving providers the ability to charge out the images during the acquisition process.

Key Information

• The acquisition-sequence options depend on the procedure(s) that you select.
• The patient's primary provider is selected by default.
• To add an imaging procedure to your list of Favorites, click the star next to the procedure's name.
