Patient Engage Online Booking is a true self-scheduling system. Unlike other online booking solutions that require you to accept each appointment before scheduling them in your appointment book, Patient Engage Online Booking allows patients to schedule directly in your appointment book as if your office had scheduled the appointment.
If issues occur (such as your server being down or patients booking in a time slot that has already been filled), Patient Engage will treat an online booking like an appointment request. Appointment requests and patient information are located in the booking center. You will have the option to accept or reschedule the appointment, and you will need to enter the information in your Dentrix Appointment Book manually.
