Viewing insurance information

In eDex, you can view a summary of a patient's primary and/or secondary insurance plans.

To view insurance information

1.   Select a patient from the eDex Contact List.

2.   Click the patient's Primary or Secondary Insurance link.

The insurance plan pane appears from which you can view the coverage table, insurance carrier notes, other patients on the insurance plan, and custom notes.

3.   To switch patients, double-click the desired patient in the Insured Patients list.
