Enabling the lock down feature

If you enabled passwords in Dentrix, you can configure eDex to lock users out after a specified period of time. You can then use the same password to open eDex that you use to open other Dentrix modules.

To enable the lock down feature

1.   In eDex toolbar, click the eDex Settings button.

The eDex Settings dialog box appears.

2.   Select Enable lock down, and then type the number of minutes that must pass before eDex locks itself down.

3.  Click OK.
