Switching between views

In Dentrix, you can use up to twelve different views of the Appointment Book on each computer in your office network. You can quickly switch between views by using the function keys on your keyboard.

In the Select View dialog box, each created view is assigned a function key (F1, F2, F3, and so on).

To switch between views using your mouse

1.   In the Appointment Book, click View.

The Select View dialog box appears.

2.   Do one of the following:

·        Select the view that you want to switch to, and then click OK.

·        Press the function key associated with the view that you want to switch to.
