If necessary, you can verify or edit patient information by switching to the Family File from the Appointment Book.
To verify a patient's information
1. In the Appointment Book, double-click an appointment.
The Appointment Information dialog box appears.
2. Click Patient Info to switch to the Family File.
The Family File window appears.
3. Verify that the patient's information is correct or make any necessary changes.
4. To close the Family File, click File, and then click Appointments.
