If patients have outstanding balances older than 30 days, you can view the guarantor’s claim status and balance from the Appointment Book allowing you to address any issues with guarantors before they leave your office.
To view a patient's claim status and balance
1. In the Appointment Book, double-click the desired patient’s appointment block.
The Appointment Information dialog box appears.
