The Treatment Planner window consists of five different areas: menu options, the Treatment Planner toolbar, Case Detail, Treatment Planner Case Setup Panel, Navigation Panel, and Patient Chart.
· Menu Options - The menu options are found on the menu bar at the top of the Treatment Planner. The options include the File, Edit, Options, View, Insurance, and Help menus.
· Treatment Planner toolbar - The Treatment Planner toolbar is located beneath the menu options. By default, the Treatment Planner toolbar is set to appear along with the Dentrix Modules toolbar and the Patient Information toolbar
· Case Detail - The Case Detail view displays the case information, including the case status, case severity, procedure details, estimated cost details, insurance information, and patient payment information.
· Treatment Planner Case Setup Panel - Treatment Plan Cases are managed from the Treatment Plan Case Setup panel. This panel consists of the Treatment Plan Case Setup toolbar, the Treatment Plan Case Setup window, and the Treatment Plan Case Setup option menu.
· Navigation Panel - The Navigation panel contains the tabs used for setting up treatment-planned cases. By default, this panel includes the settings, case status history, supporting information, insurance coverage, and treatment plan case setup tabs.
· Patient Chart - The Patient Chart area is similar to the Dentrix Patient Chart and provides record information about the patient.
