The Treatment Manager window

Through the Treatment Manager, you have access to vital patient information, including treatment-planned work, balance, payment information, Office Journal entries, insurance information, and so forth. Having this information at your fingertips will help you determine whether to contact the patient through a letter, a phone call, or an email message.

The Treatment Manager window consists of a menu bar, a toolbar, and the Treatment Manager List.

Tip: As you add patient data to your Dentrix database, you may need to refresh the data in this list. To refresh the Treatment Manager window, click File, and then click Refresh.
