Starting the Treatment Manager
Through the Treatment Manager you have access to vital patient information, including treatment-planned work, balance, payment information, Office Journal entries, insurance information, and so forth. Having this information at your fingertips will help you to determine whether to contact the patient through a letter, a phone call, or an email message.
Once you contact the patient, you can easily make notes regarding the contact, create an appointment, or make changes to the patient's treatment plan.
You can start the Treatment Manager from the Options menu in the Appointment Book or from the toolbars of Questionnaires, the Treatment Planner, and the Patient Chart,
To start the Treatment Manager
1. In the Appointment Book, click Options, and then click Treatment Manager.
The Treatment Manager View dialog box appears.
2. Set up a view, or to accept the default view, click OK.
The Treatment Manager window appears.
