Removing patients from the Treatment Manager list

You can temporarily remove patients from the Treatment Manager list quickly and easily by hiding them.

To remove a patient temporarily

1.   In the Treatment Manager window, right-click the patient you want to hide.

2.   In the submenu, click Hide Patient.

The selected patient is temporarily hidden.

Note: If no information has changed when you regenerate the list, the patient reappears. To remove a patient permanently, you must change the patient's billing type to a type that is not displayed on the list. To learn more about changing a Billing Type, click Practice Setup.
