Setting up categories

Since you may have many questionnaire forms set up, you can use categories to organize them. You can set up as many categories as necessary to organize your questionnaire forms.

To set up a category

1.   In the Questionnaires window, click Edit, and then click Questionnaire Setup.

The Questionnaire Setup dialog box appears.

2.   Click Category Setup.

The Category Setup dialog box appears.

Note: The predefined Standard and Web Forms categories and any categories that you have set up are listed.

 

3.   Click New Category.

A category called New Category appears in the list.

4.   To change the name, click New Category, and type a name.

Note: Category names can consist of up to 30 characters and must be unique.

5.   To rename or delete a category, select it, and then do one of the following:

·        Click Rename Category, and then type a new name.

·        Click Delete.

6.   To save your changes, click Close.
