Opening the Questionnaires module

You can open the Questionnaires module in the File menu of any Dentrix module or in the Quick Launch menu. To open the Questionnaires module from the Patient Chart, in the File menu, point to Switch To, and then click Questionnaires.

Note: When you launch Questionnaires from a module in which you have a patient selected, that patient is selected when the Questionnaires module opens. If you launch Questionnaires from a module in which you do not have a patient selected, no patient is selected when Questionnaires opens.
