When you select a patient in the Questionnaires module, the List pane lists all the forms the patient has completed and those that have not been completed.
Note: If you open the Questionnaires module from any Dentrix module other than the Office Manager and you have a patient selected in that module, that patient is selected in the Questionnaires module.
