Setting red flag limits

In the Perio Chart, you can choose to display a certain degree of probing depth and clinical attachment level in red.

As you enter measurements, if the probing depth or CAL is equal to or greater than the selected red flag limit, the measurement appears in red on the Data Chart. For example, by choosing 4, all probing depths or CAL equal to or greater than 4 will appear in red.

To set a red flag limit

1.   To display probing depths in red, select Probing Depth and a measurement (4-6) from the list.

2.   To display clinical attachment levels in red, select CAL and a measurement (4-6) from the list.

Note: You can flag measurements in red in the Graphic Chart too. However, only the area on or above the selected red flag limit appears in red. The area below the red flag limit appears in green, the default color.

3.   To display measurements with red flag limits all in red, click Show Entire Measurement in Red Flag Limit color.

The area above and below the red flag limit will appear in red. You can use this option to locate problem areas faster.
