Viewing eligibility status

When eligibility responses are returned, an eligibility icon appears automatically in the Appointment Book, the Family File, and the Appointment Information dialog box based on status.

To view a patient's eligibility status

1.   In the Appointment Book, the Family File, or the Appointment Information dialog box, click the eligibility icon.

A menu appears.

2.   Click View Eligibility Detail.

The Document Center opens displaying the insurance eligibility report for the selected patient.

3.   Review the report, and then click Close.
