You can use the WebSync Override Options dialog box to set or change WebSync options.
Note: By selecting an option, you are telling Dentrix to include that information each time WebSync runs. You must set up each option on its own before you add it to WebSync or no information will be included. For example, if you select Correspondence Upload in the WebSync, you must set up the Correspondence Upload or no correspondence information will be added during the WebSync.
The WebSync Options group box contains a list of options that can be performed during the WebSync. Select each option you would like to include in the Websync. If you would like to include all the options, select All. You can set seven options:
· Correspondence Upload
· Patient Upload
· Questionnaire Download/Upload
· Referral Upload
· Insurance Eligibility Upload
· Insurance Claim Tracking Upload
· Download Patient Information Changes
· Download Appointment Status Updates
· DXWeb Toolbar Updates
To set or change WebSync options
1. In the DXWeb toolbar, click WebSync in the submenu, click WebSync Override.
The WebSync Override Options dialog box appears.
2. Click OK.
The WebSync - In Progress dialog box appears.
Running the WebSync will perform all the tasks you selected in the WebSync setup. A red arrow appears next to each option as the WebSync runs that option. When the WebSync is complete for that option, a green check mark appears next to the item.
3. To view more details about the WebSync, click Show Messages.
The dialog box expands and reveals a field in which information about the WebSync is recorded.
4. To copy these messages to your Windows Clipboard, click Copy to Clipboard.
5. To email these messages, click Email.
6. To hide the messages, click Hide Messages.
7. To stop the WebSync, click Abort.
The WebSync will stop where it is. Any information that was accessed or uploaded will not be changed, but no more information will be accessed or uploaded.
