Claims Statistics

In the Insurance Manager, you can search for patient eligibility, manage claims you have sent electronically, view reports about the electronic claims you have sent, and view claim statistics. When you click the Insurance Manager button on the DXWeb toolbar, the Insurance Manager module opens to the Claim Statistics page.

To access the Insurance Center

In the DXWeb toolbar, click the Insurance Manager button.

The Claim Statistics section of the Insurance Manager shows you the statistics of the electronic claims you have sent over the specified date range. These statistics show both the individual number and the percentage of claims that have been accepted and rejected.

 

By default, the claim statistics are given for the last month. You can change the date range of the claim statistics by clicking Claims Statistics Search.

You can view more specific information about your claims and track them by clicking a claim status and searching for the claim in the Claim Tracking window.
